Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a fiber laser system with which it is possible to modify a power cumulative distribution of an output light diverging angle without using a spatial optical system. An output combiner (OC) generates output light including laser light having different power cumulative distributions of NA, and a control unit (CU) sets the power of laser light from each fiber laser unit (FLUi) so that upper-limit NAs corresponding to not more than N-1 predetermined power cumulative rates match respective designated values in the output light.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système laser à fibre avec lequel il est possible de modifier une distribution cumulative de puissance d'un angle de divergence de lumière de sortie sans utiliser un système optique spatial. Un combineur de sortie (OC) génère une lumière de sortie comprenant une lumière laser ayant différentes distributions cumulatives de puissance de NA, et une unité de commande (CU) règle la puissance de la lumière laser provenant de chaque unité de laser à fibre (FLUi) de telle sorte que des NAs de limite supérieure correspondant à au plus N -1 débits cumulatifs de puissance prédéterminés correspondent à des valeurs désignées respectives dans la lumière de sortie.<b></b> <b></b>
(JA) 空間光学系を用いることなく、出力光の拡がり角のパワー累積分布を変更することが可能なファイバレーザシステムを実現する。出力コンバイナ(OC)によって、NAのパワー累積分布が異なるレーザ光を含む出力光を生成し、制御部(CU)によって、出力光においてN-1個以下の予め定められたパワー累積比率の各々に対応する上限NAがそれぞれ指定された値に一致するように、各ファイバレーザユニット(FLUi)からのレーザ光のパワーを設定する。
