Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for calibrating gap sensors (31, 32) which are provided in magnetic bearings (21, 22) for supporting a floating body (5) in a non-contacting manner by means of an electromagnetic force, and which detect a gap (g) between the floating body (5) and a reference object serving as a positional reference in the positional control of the floating body (5), the method comprising an establishment step for setting at least three constraint conditions, which are conditions for associating the gap (g) and outputs of the gap sensors (31, 32), and using the constraint conditions to establish a conversion formula for converting the outputs of the gap sensors (31, 32) into the gap (g).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'étalonnage de capteurs d'espace (31, 32) qui sont disposés dans des paliers magnétiques (21, 22) pour supporter un corps flottant (5) sans contact au moyen d'une force électromagnétique, et qui détectent un espace (g) entre le corps flottant (5) et un objet de référence servant de référence de position dans la commande de position du corps flottant (5), le procédé comprenant une étape d'établissement pour établir au moins trois conditions de contrainte, qui sont des conditions pour associer l'espace (g) et les sorties des capteurs d'espace (31, 32), et utiliser les conditions de contrainte pour établir une formule de conversion pour convertir les sorties des capteurs d'espace (31, 32) en l'espace (g).
(JA) 電磁力によって非接触で浮上体(5)を支持する磁気軸受(21,22)に設けられて、前記浮上体(5)の位置制御における位置の基準となる基準物と、前記浮上体(5)との間のギャップ(g)を検出するギャップセンサ(31,32)の校正方法において、ギャップ(g)とギャップセンサ(31,32)の出力とを関連づけるための条件である拘束条件を3つ以上設定するとともに、拘束条件を用いて、ギャップセンサ(31,32)の出力をギャップ(g)に変換する変換式を構築する構築ステップを設ける。
