Abstract:
(EN) A wiring line (21a) is provided on a TFT layer (20). The wiring line (21a) is formed by the same material and on the same layer as a reflection electrode (21) provided with: a plurality of metallic conductive layers that are made of a low-resistance metallic material; an oxide-based bottom-side transparent conductive layer that is provided to the undersurface side of an undermost metallic conductive layer located at the bottom; an oxide-based top-side transparent conductive layer that is provided to the upper surface side of an uppermost metallic conductive layer located at the top and having light reflecting characteristics; and an oxide-based intermediate transparent conductive layer that is provided between the metallic conductive layers.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, une ligne de câblage (21a) est disposée sur une couche TFT (20). La ligne de câblage (21a) est constituée du même matériau et se trouve sur la même couche qu'une électrode de réflexion (21) pourvue : d'une pluralité de couches conductrices métalliques qui sont constituées d'un matériau métallique à faible résistance ; une couche conductrice transparente côté inférieur à base d'oxyde qui est disposée sur le côté de la surface inférieure d'une couche conductrice métallique sous-jacente située au fond ; une couche conductrice transparente côté supérieur à base d'oxyde qui est disposée sur le côté de la surface supérieure d'une couche conductrice métallique supérieure située au sommet et ayant des caractéristiques de réflexion de lumière ; et une couche conductrice transparente intermédiaire à base d'oxyde qui est disposée entre les couches conductrices métalliques.
