Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of improving efficiency when using an oxygen burner-lance to operate a melting-refining furnace for cold iron sources or during refining, and provides a method for operating a melting-refining furnace provided with: a through hole provided passing through a furnace wall; one or more burners provided in the through hole; and one or more lances installed in a combustion-supporting fluid supply hole provided at a higher position than the through hole for the burners, wherein the amount of oxygen introduced in a melting process is in a range calculated from the volume of the furnace.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème d'amélioration de l'efficacité lors de l'utilisation d'une lance de brûleur à oxygène pour faire fonctionner un four de fusion-affinage pour des sources de fer froides ou pendant l’affinage, et concerne un procédé d'utilisation d’un four de fusion-affinage pourvu : d'un orifice traversant disposé à travers une paroi de four ; d’un ou plusieurs brûleurs disposés dans l’orifice traversant ; et d’une ou plusieurs lances installées dans un orifice d'alimentation en fluide de soutien de combustion disposé en une position supérieure à celle de l’orifice traversant pour les brûleurs, la quantité d'oxygène introduite dans un processus de fusion étant dans une plage calculée à partir du volume du four.
(JA) 酸素バーナ・ランスを用いた冷鉄源の溶解・精錬炉の操業あるいは精錬の際に、その効率を向上させることを課題とし、炉壁を貫通するように設けられた貫通孔と、貫通孔に設けられた1以上のバーナと、前記バーナ用の貫通孔より上部に設けられた支燃性流体供給孔に設置された1以上のランスとを備えた炉において、溶解工程において酸素の導入量を炉の容積から算出した範囲で操業する溶解・精錬炉の操業方法を提供する。
