(EN) An organic EL display device (50a) is configured such that an organic EL element (30) has a first electrode (21) which is provided on a flattened film (19a), wherein, in a fold part (G): an opening (S) is formed in an inorganic laminate film (36); a frame flattened film (37) is provided so as to fill the opening (S); a plurality of frame wiring lines (38) are provided on the frame flattened film (37) so as to cross the opening (S); the frame wiring lines (38) are formed by the same metallic material as that of the first electrode (21); and the frame flattened film (37) is formed by the same resin material as that of the flattened film (19a).
