Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to suppress a decrease in temperature cycle life of a wire in a 2-in-1 type chopper module. The 2-in-1 type chopper module (141, 142, 143) of the present invention is provided with: a switching transistor (103); a first diode (104) connected in anti-parallel to the switching transistor (103); a second diode (106) connected in series to the switching transistor (103) and the first diode (104); a first wiring pattern (115) on which the switching transistor (103) and the first diode (104) are mounted; and a second wiring pattern (114) on which the second diode (106) is mounted, wherein power losses when electric current flows through the switching transistor (103) and the first diode (104) in the forward direction are substantially equal, and the effective area of the second diode (106) is larger than the effective area of the first diode (104).
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de supprimer une diminution de la durée de vie en cycle thermique d'un fil dans un module hacheur du type 2 en 1. Le module hacheur du type 2 en 1 (141, 142, 143) de la présente invention comporte : un transistor de commutation (103); une première diode (104) montée tête-bêche avec le transistor de commutation (103); une seconde diode (106) montée en série avec le transistor de commutation (103) et la première diode (104); un premier motif de câblage (115) sur lequel le transistor de commutation (103) et la première diode (104) sont montés; et un second motif de câblage (114) sur lequel la seconde diode (106) est montée, les pertes de puissance lorsqu'un courant électrique circule dans le transistor de commutation (103) et la première diode (104) dans le sens direct étant sensiblement égales, et la surface utile de la seconde diode (106) étant plus grande que la surface utile de la première diode (104).
