Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a display device in which, after a laminate including a resin layer, a TFT layer, and a light-emitting element layer has been formed on a substrate for forming a plurality of display devices, a laser peeling apparatus is used to irradiate the resin layer with a laser from the rear surface of the substrate and peel the substrate from the laminate, the method including: a step for acquiring optical information on the peeled substrate; a step for detecting acquisition results of the plurality of display devices from the allocation positions of the plurality of display devices on the substrate; and a step for performing a predetermined process on the display devices when the acquisition results of the display devices exceed a threshold.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'affichage dans lequel, après qu'un stratifié comprenant une couche de résine, une couche TFT et une couche d'éléments électroluminescents a été formé sur un substrat pour former une pluralité de dispositifs d'affichage, un appareil de pelage laser est utilisé pour irradier la couche de résine avec un laser à partir de la surface arrière du substrat et décoller le substrat du stratifié, le procédé comprenant : une étape d'acquisition d'informations optiques sur le substrat décollé; une étape de détection des résultats d'acquisition de la pluralité de dispositifs d'affichage à partir des positions d'attribution de la pluralité de dispositifs d'affichage sur le substrat; et une étape pour effectuer un processus prédéterminé sur les dispositifs d'affichage lorsque les résultats d'acquisition des dispositifs d'affichage dépassent un seuil.
