Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an exterior decorative component which enables improved signal transmittance and reduced product weight and cost, and a method for manufacturing the exterior decorative component. An emblem (1) has: a cover resin (2) that is provided with a second main surface (2b) having a recessed groove (20); an adhesive layer (3) disposed on the recessed surface of the groove (20) on the second main surface (2b); a decorative structure (4) disposed inside the groove (20) with the adhesive layer (3) interposed therebetween; and a colored design layer (7) disposed on the cover resin (2) on the side with the second main surface (2b) and covering the entire surface of the second main surface (2b). The decorative structure (4) has a decorative body (5) with a protruding shape corresponding to the recessed shape of the groove (20) and a metal design layer (6) disposed on the protruding surface (5a) of the decorative body (5). A flange portion (21) protruding to the side is disposed on the whole or a part of the peripheral edge (2c) of the cover resin (2).
(FR) L'invention concerne un composant décoratif extérieur qui permet une transmittance de signal améliorée ainsi qu'un poids et un coût de produit réduits, et un procédé de fabrication du composant décoratif extérieur. Un emblème (1) comprend : une résine de couverture (2) qui est pourvue d'une seconde surface principale (2b) ayant une rainure évidée (20) ; une couche adhésive (3) disposée sur la surface évidée de la rainure (20) sur la seconde surface principale (2b) ; une structure décorative (4) disposée à l'intérieur de la rainure (20) avec la couche adhésive (3) interposée entre celles-ci ; et une couche de conception colorée (7) qui est disposée sur la résine de couverture (2) sur le côté ayant la seconde surface principale (2b) et recouvre la totalité de la surface de la seconde surface principale (2b). La structure décorative (4) comprend un corps décoratif (5) ayant une forme en saillie correspondant à la forme évidée de la rainure (20) et une couche de conception métallique (6) disposée sur la surface en saillie (5a) du corps décoratif (5). Une partie bride (21) faisant saillie vers le côté est disposée sur l'ensemble ou une partie du bord périphérique (2c) de la résine de couverture (2).
