Abstract:
(EN) A method and device for waking up a wireless device is disclosed. The method includes configuring the wireless device based on a set of Discontinuous Reception (DRX) parameters associated with a first wireless network from the plurality of communication networks. The method further includes activating, by the wireless device, a sleep state based on the set of DRX parameters in response to non-receipt of paging message from the first wireless network for a predefined time period. The method includes waking the wireless device from the sleep state based on a wake-up signal received through at least one second wireless network from the plurality of wireless networks.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de réveil d'un dispositif sans fil. Le procédé consiste à configurer le dispositif sans fil sur la base d'un ensemble de paramètres de réception discontinue (DRX) associés à un premier réseau sans fil parmi la pluralité de réseaux de communication. Le procédé consiste en outre à activer, par le dispositif sans fil, un état de veille sur la base de l'ensemble des paramètres DRX en réponse à la non-réception d'un message de radiomessagerie provenant du premier réseau sans fil pendant une période de temps prédéfinie. Le procédé consiste à réveiller le dispositif sans fil à partir de l'état de veille sur la base d'un signal de réveil reçu par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un second réseau sans fil à partir de la pluralité de réseaux sans fil.
