Abstract:
(EN) The impact mill (1) for grinding loose material, comprises: a first body (2) defining a grinding chamber (3) inside which is housed at least one main rotor (4) moveable in rotation around a first axis (X); a second body (10) defining an inlet chamber (11) of the material to be ground communicating with the grinding chamber (3) and inside which is housed at least one secondary rotor (12) moveable in rotation around a second axis (Y), the secondary rotor (12) being adapted to send the material to be ground inside the grinding chamber (3); the inlet chamber (11) and the grinding chamber (3) being delimited by at least two side walls (5, 13) arranged substantially transversely to the first and second axis (X, Y) respectively, and by at least one connecting wall (6, 14) interposed between the respective side walls (5, 13) to surround at least partly the relevant rotor (4, 12), the first and second axis (X, Y) being arranged substantially horizontal and parallel to each other; wherein the inlet chamber (11) is arranged laterally to the grinding chamber (3) and they communicate to each other by means of a connecting opening (16) defined on the respective connecting walls (6, 14),the connecting opening (16) being arranged at the lower portion of the inlet chamber, so that the material sent from the secondary rotor (12) is directed from the bottom of the inlet chamber towards the grinding chamber (3) and the connecting wall (14) of the inlet chamber (11) having at least one adjustable portion (14a) moveable in rotation, during use, around an axis of adjustment (Z) to vary the inlet direction of the material to be ground inside the grinding chamber (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne un broyeur à percussion (1) destiné au broyage d'une matière en vrac, le broyeur comprenant : un premier corps (2) définissant une chambre de broyage (3) logeant à son intérieur au moins un rotor principal (4) mobile en rotation autour d'un premier axe (X); un second corps (10) définissant une chambre d'entrée (11) de la matière à broyer en communication avec la chambre de broyage (3) et logeant à son intérieur au moins un rotor secondaire (12) mobile en rotation autour d'un second axe (Y), le rotor secondaire (12) étant conçu pour envoyer la matière à broyer à l'intérieur de la chambre de broyage (3); la chambre d'entrée (11) et la chambre de broyage (3) étant délimitées par au moins deux parois latérales (5, 13) agencées sensiblement transversalement aux premier et second axes (X, Y) respectivement, et par au moins une paroi de liaison (6, 14) interposée entre les parois latérales respectives (5, 13) afin d'entourer au moins partiellement le rotor pertinent (4, 12), les premier et second axes (X, Y) étant agencés sensiblement horizontaux et parallèles entre eux. La chambre d'entrée (11) est agencée latéralement par rapport à la chambre de broyage (3) et lesdites chambres sont en communication l'une avec l'autre au moyen d'une ouverture de liaison (16) définie sur les parois de liaison respectives (6, 14), l'ouverture de liaison (16) étant agencée au niveau de la partie inférieure de la chambre d'entrée, de sorte que la matière envoyée par le rotor secondaire (12) soit dirigée de la partie inférieure de la chambre d'entrée vers la chambre de broyage (3), la paroi de liaison (14) de la chambre d'entrée (11) comportant au moins une partie réglable (14a) mobile en rotation, lors de l'utilisation, autour d'un axe de réglage (Z) afin de varier la direction d'entrée de la matière à broyer à l'intérieur de la chambre de broyage (3).
