Abstract:
(EN) Aspects of the present disclosure include control systems of an electrosurgical system for managing the flow of fluid, such as saline, and rates of aspiration or suction, in response to various states of conditions at a surgical site. The control system(s) may monitor and adjust to impedance at the surgical site, temperature of the surgical tissue, and/or RF current of electrodes, and may account for certain undesirable conditions, such as the electrodes sticking. The control systems may include various automatic sensing scenarios, while also allowing for several manual conditions.
(FR) Selon des aspects, la présente invention concerne des systèmes de commande d'un système électrochirurgical destiné à gérer l'écoulement d'un fluide, tel qu'une solution saline, et des vitesses d'aspiration ou de succion, en réponse à divers états de conditions au niveau d'un site chirurgical. Les systèmes de commande peuvent surveiller et régler l'impédance au niveau du site chirurgical, la température du tissu chirurgical et/ou le courant RF des électrodes, et peut tenir compte de certaines conditions indésirables, telles que le collage des électrodes. Les systèmes de commande peuvent comprendre divers scénarios de détection automatique, tout en permettant également plusieurs conditions manuelles.
