(EN) A fluorescence quenching immunoassay method includes determining the presence or concentration of an analyte in a liquid sample in dependence upon quenching of an autofluorescence signal of a substrate. Devices for conducting the fluorescence quenching immunoassay method are also described.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de dosage immunologique d'extinction de fluorescence comprenant la détermination de la présence ou de la concentration d'un analyte dans un échantillon liquide en fonction de l'extinction d'un signal d'autofluorescence d'un substrat. L'invention concerne également des dispositifs permettant la mise en oeuvre du procédé de dosage immunologique d'extinction de fluorescence.
