Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a flap (30) intended to move between two end positions to sealingly close, respectively, a cold air duct (C1) and a hot air duct (C2) provided in a housing (10) of a heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning device for a motor vehicle, said flap (30) being capable of taking up one or more intermediate positions, said flap (30) comprising a plate (31), the opposing lateral edges (311, 312) of which are intended to be slidingly housed in guide rails (ll) arranged on the housing (10). According to the invention, the flap further comprises elastomer seals (32, 32') arranged along the opposing longitudinal edges (313, 314) of the plate (31) linking the lateral edges (311, 312), said seals (32, 32') being intended to come into sealing contact with the walls of the housing (10) respectively in the two end positions of the flap (30), said seals (32, 32') each comprising a central portion (320, 320') intended to be situated between said guide rails (11) and having a first cross section, said central portion (320, 320') being extended at each of the ends of same by lateral portions (321, 322, 321', 322') each having a second cross section, different to said first cross section, at least some of said lateral portions (321, 322, 321', 322') being intended to be housed in the guide rails (11) of the housing (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un volet (30) destiné à se déplacer entre deux positions extrêmes pour obturer de façon étanche respectivement un conduit d'air froid (C1) et un conduit d'air chaud (C2) ménagés dans un boîtier (10) d'un dispositif de chauffage, ventilation et/ou climatisation pour véhicule automobile, ledit volet (30) pouvant prendre une ou plusieurs positions intermédiaires, ledit volet (30) comprenant une plaque (31) dont les bords latéraux (311, 312) opposés sont destinés à être logés de façon coulissante dans des rails de guidage(ll) agencés sur le boîtier (10). Selon l'invention, le volet comprend en outre des joints d'étanchéité (32, 32') en élastomère agencés le long des bords longitudinaux (313, 314) opposés de la plaque (31) reliant les bords latéraux (311, 312), lesdits joints d'étanchéité (32, 32') étant destinés à venir en contact étanche avec les parois du boîtier (10) respectivement dans les deux positions extrêmes du volet (30), lesdits joints d'étanchéité (32, 32') comprenant chacun une portion centrale (320, 320') destinée à être située entre lesdits rails de guidage (11) et présentant une première section transversale, ladite portion centrale (320, 320') étant prolongée à chacune de ses extrémités par des portions latérales (321, 322, 321', 322') présentant chacune une deuxième section transversale, différente de ladite première section transversale, au moins une partie desdites portions latérales (321, 322, 321', 322') étant destinée à être logée dans les rails de guidage (11) du boîtier (10).
