Abstract:
(EN) The present invention concerns a pet food palatability-enhancer comprising a pork skin derived emulsion having a moisture content greater than about 70%, a protein content inferior than about 15 % and a fat content ranging from 5 to 20%. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing this pet food palatability-enhancer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un exhausteur de sapidité d'aliment pour animaux de compagnie comprenant une émulsion dérivée de peau de porc ayant une teneur en humidité supérieure à environ 70 %, une teneur en protéines inférieure à environ 15 % et une teneur en matières grasses allant de 5 à 20 %. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation dudit exhausteur de sapidité d'aliment pour animaux de compagnie.
