Abstract:
(EN) It is proposed an enhanced light capture image sensor comprising an array of pixels, each pixel comprising a micro-lens (ML1), a photosensitive layer (PL) and a colour filter layer (FL) arranged between said micro-lens and photosensitive layers, said image sensor comprising, for at least one pair of adjacent pixels, an optical isolating trench (OT1) placed between the colour filter layers of said adjacent pixels and extending from the micro-lenses of said adjacent pixels.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un capteur d'image à capture de lumière amélioré comprenant un réseau de pixels, chaque pixel comprenant une microlentille (ML1), une couche photosensible (PL) et une couche de filtre couleur (FL) disposée entre ladite microlentille et les couches photosensibles, ledit capteur d'image comprenant, pour au moins une paire de pixels adjacents, une tranchée d'isolation optique (OT1) placée entre les couches de filtre coloré desdits pixels adjacents et s'étendant à partir des microlentilles desdits pixels adjacents.
