Abstract:
(EN) The invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional object with an additive manufacturing system, such as an extrusion-based additive manufacturing system, a selective laser sintering system, and/or an electrophotography-based additive manufacturing system, comprising providing a support material comprising more than 50 % wt. of a polyamide comprising from 60 mole percent to 100 mole percent of recurring units represented by formula (I): - C(O)-A-C(O)-NH-X-NH- (I) wherein A represents a divalent hydrocarbon based group chosen from saturated or unsaturated aliphatics, saturated or unsaturated cycloaliphatics, aromatics comprising at least 5 carbon atoms, arylaliphatics and alkylaromatics; and X represents a divalent group of formula (II) or (III).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un objet tridimensionnel faisant appel à un système de fabrication additive, tel qu'un système de fabrication additive par extrusion et/ou un système de frittage laser sélectif et/ou un système de fabrication additive par électrophotographie, comprenant la production d'un matériau support comprenant plus de 50 % en poids d'un polyamide comprenant de 60 pour cent en moles à 100 pour cent en moles de motifs récurrents représentés par la formule (I) : -C(O)-A-C(O)-NH-X-NH- (I) dans laquelle A représente un groupe à base d'hydrocarbure divalent choisi parmi les aliphatiques saturés ou insaturés, les cycloaliphatiques saturés ou insaturés, les aromatiques comprenant au moins 5 atomes de carbone, les arylaliphatiques et les alkylaromatiques ; et X représente un groupe divalent de formule (II) ou (III).
