Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a surface-functionalised polymeric object (10), comprising: a bulk material (11) comprising a copolymer containing constitution units derived from a first comonomer and constitution units derived from a second comonomer, the first comonomer being selected from L-lactide and D-lactide and forming sequences of oligo(L-lactide) or oligo(D- lactide) in the copolymer the copolymer having a substantially random, partially blocky structure with a dyad ratio of (lactide-lactide)-dyads to (lactide-second comonomer)-dyads of at least 2.0:1; and a surface layer (12) disposed on a surface of the bulk material (11), the surface layer (12) comprising a functionalising species and at least one chain of poly(D-lactide) or of poly(L- lactide) covalently bound to the functionalising species, and at least one chain being different from the oligo(L-lactide) sequences or oligo(D-lactide) sequences contained in the copolymer; wherein the surface layer (12) is attached to the bulk material (11) via stereocomplexes formed between the poly(D-lactide) chain(s) of the functionalising species and the oligo(L-lactide) sequences contained in the copolymer or via stereocomplexes formed between the poly(L- lactide) chain(s) of the functionalising species and the oligo(D-lactide) sequences contained in the copolymer, respectively. The surface-functionalised polymeric object can be produced in a one-step procedure by coaxial electrospinning.
(FR) L'invention concerne un objet polymère (10) fonctionnalisé en surface, comprenant : un matériau en vrac (11) comprenant un copolymère contenant des motifs constitutifs dérivés d'un premier comonomère et des motifs constitutifs dérivés d'un second comonomère, le premier comonomère étant choisi parmi le L-lactide et le D-lactide et formant dans le copolymère des séquences d'oligo(L-lactide) ou d'oligo(D-lactide), le copolymère ayant une structure essentiellement aléatoire, en partie par blocs, présentant un rapport dyades (lactide-lactide : dyades (lactide-second comonomère) d'au moins 2,0:1 ; et une couche de surface (12) disposée sur une surface du matériau en vrac (11), la couche de surface (11) comprenant un espèce de fonctionnalisation et au moins une chaîne de poly(D-lactide) ou de poly(L-lactide) liée par covalence à l'espèce de fonctionnalisation, et au moins une chaîne étant différente des séquences oligo(L-lactide) ou des séquences oligo(D-lactide) contenues dans le copolymère ; la couche de surface (12) étant fixée au matériau en vrac (11) par l'intermédiaire de stéréocomplexes formés entre la ou les chaînes poly(D-lactide) de l'espèce de fonctionnalisation et les séquences oligo(L-lactide) contenues dans le copolymère, ou par l'intermédiaire de stéréocomplexes formés entre la ou les chaînes poly(L-lactide) de l'espèce de fonctionnalisation et les séquences oligo(D-lactide) contenues dans le copolymère. L'objet polymère fonctionnalisé en surface peut être produit par une opération en une étape par électrofilage coaxial.
