Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a fibre-reinforced composite (K) comprising: (A) ≥ 50 wt.-%, based on the total weight of the fibre-reinforced composite (K), of at least one continuous fibrous reinforcement material; and (B) < 50 wt.-%, based on the total weight of the fibre-reinforced composite (K), of at least one substantially amorphous matrix polymer composition; wherein the at least one substantially amorphous matrix polymer composition (B) comprises > 0 and ≤ 3 wt.-%, derived from monomer moieties which are appropriate to interact with the surface of the fibrous reinforcement material (A), in particular of repeating units derived from maleic acid anhydride or maleic acid, and wherein less than 10% of the number of the reinforcement fibres present at a fracture surface of the fibre-reinforced composite (K) protrude from the fracture surface with a length of more than 5 times the diameter of the fibre.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composite renforcé par des fibres (K) comprenant : (A) ≥ 50 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du composite renforcé par des fibres (K), d'au moins un matériau de renforcement fibreux continu ; et (B) < 50 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du composite renforcé par des fibres (K), d'au moins une composition de polymère de matrice sensiblement amorphe ; ladite au moins une composition de polymère de matrice sensiblement amorphe (B) comprenant > 0 et ≤ 3 % en poids de fragments dérivés de monomères qui sont appropriés pour interagir avec la surface du matériau de renforcement fibreux (A), en particulier de motifs récurrents dérivés de l'anhydride d'acide maléique ou de l'acide maléique, et moins de 10 % du nombre de fibres de renforcement présentes au niveau d'une surface de fracture du composite renforcé par des fibres (K) dépassant de la surface de fracture avec une longueur supérieure à 5 fois le diamètre de la fibre.
