(FR) PROCÉDÉ POUR LA PRODUCTION DE COMPOSITES RENFORCÉS PAR DES FIBRES
Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates a process for preparing a fibre-reinforced composite (K) comprising the following steps: (a) Providing at least one continuous fibrous reinforcement material (A); (b) Providing at least one matrix polymer composition (B) having melt volume-flow rate (MVR (220/10) according to ISO 1133) of 40 to 70 mL/10 min and a viscosity number VN (according to DIN 53726) of 45 to 75 ml/g; (c) Applying the at least one matrix polymer composition (B) to at least one surface of the at least one continuous fibrous reinforcement material (A) to obtain a layered arrangement; (d) Heating the layered arrangement obtained in step (c) to a first temperature (T1) sufficiently above the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the at least one substantially amorphous matrix polymer composition (B) to obtain a substantially liquid substantially amorphous matrix polymer composition (B); (e) Allowing the substantially liquid matrix polymer composition (B) to impregnate the at least one continuous fibrous reinforcement material (A); (f) Cooling the thus obtained polymer-impregnated continuous fibrous reinforcement material (A) to a second temperature (T2) below the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the at least one substantially amorphous matrix polymer composition (B) in order to obtain a fibre-reinforced composite (K); wherein substantially amorphous matrix polymer composition (B) is a thermoplastic styrene-based substantially amorphous matrix polymer composition (B) and wherein least one of the process steps (d) and/or (e) is carried out at a temperature in the range of 230 to 330°C.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un composite (K) renforcé par des fibres comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) la préparation d'au moins un matériau de renfort fibreux continu (A) ; (b) la préparation d'au moins une composition de polymère de matrice (B) ayant un indice de fluidité à chaud en volume (MVR (220/10) selon la norme ISO 1133) de 40 à 70 ml/10 min et un indice de viscosité VN (selon la norme DIN 53726) de 45 à 75 ml/g ; (c) l'application de la ou les compositions de polymère de matrice (B) sur au moins une surface du ou des matériaux de renfort fibreux continus (A) pour obtenir un agencement en couches ; (d) le chauffage de l'agencement en couches obtenu dans l'étape (c) à une première température (T1) suffisamment au-dessus de la température de transition vitreuse (Tg) de la ou les compositions de polymère de matrice pratiquement amorphe (B) pour obtenir une composition de polymère de matrice pratiquement amorphe (B) pratiquement liquide ; (e) l'opération consistant à laisser la composition de polymère de matrice pratiquement liquide (B) imprégner le ou les matériaux de renfort fibreux continus (A) ; et (f) le refroidissement du matériau de renfort fibreux continu (A) imprégné de polymère ainsi obtenu à une seconde température (T2) inférieure à la température de transition vitreuse (Tg) de ladite ou desdites compositions de polymère de matrice pratiquement amorphe (B) afin d'obtenir un composite (K) renforcé par des fibres ; la composition de polymère de matrice pratiquement amorphe (B) étant une composition de polymère de matrice pratiquement amorphe (B) à base de styrène thermoplastique et au moins l'une des étapes de procédé (d) et/ou (e) étant réalisée à une température dans la plage de 230 à 330°C.
