Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a polypeptide having pyropheophytinase activity which has at least 80% identity to amino acids 1 to 318 of SEQ ID NO: 1. The invention further relates tpo method for producing a polypeptide as disclosed herien, comprising cultivating a host cell in a suitable fermentation medium under conditions that allow expression of the polypeptide and producing the polypeptide, and optionally further comprising recovering the polypeptide.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un polypeptide ayant une activité pyrophéophytinase qui présente au moins 80 % d’identité des acides aminés (1) à (318) de SEQ ID no : 1. L’invention concerne en outre le procédé tpo de production d’un polypeptide tel que décrit dans la description, comprenant la culture d’une cellule hôte dans un milieu de fermentation approprié sous des conditions qui permettent l’expression du polypeptide et la production du polypeptide, et éventuellement comprenant en outre la récupération du polypeptide.
