Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a method of preparing a lactide-based, biodegradable (biocompatible), physically cross-linked and highly elastic polymer system. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a melt of a copolymer based on a first comonomer and at least one second comonomer, the first comonomer being selected from L-lactide and D-lactide; and adding a lactide-containing stereocomplex forming agent to the melt, wherein the stereocomplex forming agent is selected such that the resulting polymer system comprises a combination of constitution units derived from L-lactide and constitution units derived from D-lactide forming stereocomplexes.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un système polymère physiquement réticulé et hautement élastique à base de lactide et biodégradable (biocompatible). Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer une masse fondue d'un copolymère à base d'un premier comonomère et d'au moins un deuxième comonomère, le premier comonomère étant choisi parmi le L-lactide et le D-lactide ; et l'addition d'un agent de formation de stéréocomplexe contenant du lactide à la masse fondue, l'agent de formation de stéréocomplexe étant choisi de telle sorte que le système polymère résultant comprend une combinaison de motifs constitutifs dérivés de L-lactide et de motifs constitutifs dérivés de D-lactide formant des stéréocomplexes.
