Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to transparent polyamide-based composition, comprising: - from 5.0 to 40.0% by weight of semi-crystalline polyamide, - from 20.0 to 80.0% by weight of at least one amorphous, transparent and at least partially cycloaliphatic polyamide, - from 0.0 to 5.0% by weight of PEBA, - from 0.0 to 5.0% by weight of additives, and - from 5.0 to 50.0%, preferably from 10.0 to 40.0% by weight, preferably from 20.0 to 30.0% by weight by weight of glass filler, where the glass filler, expressed as % by weight with respect to the total weight of filler, less than 60 wt.% silica (Si O2) and more than 5 wt.% of boron oxide (B2O3). The invention also relates to the manufacture of said composition, its use for the manufacture of transparent articles, said transparent articles and their process of manufacture.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition transparente à base de polyamide, comprenant : - de 5,0 à 40,0 % en poids de polyamide semi-cristallin, - de 20,0 à 80,0 % en poids d’au moins un polyamide amorphe, transparent et au moins partiellement cycloaliphatique, - de 0,0 à 5,0 % en poids de PEBA, - de 0,0 à 5,0 % en poids d’additifs, et - de 5,0 à 50,0%, préférablement de 10,0 à 40,0 % en poids, préférablement de 20,0 à 30,0 % en poids en poids de la charge de verre, la charge de verre, exprimée en % en poids par rapport au poids total de la charge, présentant moins de 60 % en pds de silice (SiO2) et plus de 5 % en pds d’oxyde de bore (B2O3). L’invention concerne également la fabrication de ladite composition, son utilisation pour la fabrication d’articles transparents, lesdits articles transparents et leur procédé de fabrication.
