Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a polymer which contains organooxysilyl end groups. The method first has the step of reacting a polyoxyalkylene polyol which contains carbon-carbon multiple bonds with a organooxysilyl compound of the formula Si(X)n(R)4-n in the presence of a catalyst, wherein X independently of one another represents C1-C8-alkoxy, C7-C20-aralkoxy, C6-C14-aroxy, C7-C20-alkylaroxy, C1-C20-acyloxy; R independently of one another represents a saturated or unsaturated C1-C22-alkyl, C6-C14-aryl, C7-C14-aralkyl, C7-C14- alkylaryl; and n is 2, 3, or 4. The invention additionally relates to a method for producing an elastomer precursor from the polymer which contains organooxysilyl end groups and to products which can be obtained using said method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un polymère comportant des groupes terminaux organooxysilyle, le procédé comprenant d'abord la réaction d'un polyol de polyoxyalkylène comportant des liaisons multiples carbone-carbone avec un composé organooxysilyle de formule Si(X)n(R)4-n en présence d'un catalyseur, X désignant indépendamment les uns des autres, un groupe alcoxy en C1-C8, aralcoxy en C7-C20, aroxy en C6-C14, alkylaroxy en C7-C20, acyloxy en C1-C20 ; R désignant, indépendamment les uns des autres, un groupe alkyle en C1-C22 saturé ou insaturé, aryle en C6-C14, aralkyle en C7-C14, alkylaryle en C7-C14 et n désignant 2, 3 ou 4. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'un précurseur d'élastomère à partir d'un polymère comportant des groupes terminaux organooxysilyle ainsi que les produits pouvant être obtenus selon ce procédé.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Organooxysilyl-Endgruppen enthaltenden Polymers, wobei das Verfahren zunächst die Reaktion eines Kohlenstoff- Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbindungen enthaltenden Polyoxyalkylenpolyols mit einer Organooxysilylverbindung der Formel Si(X)n(R)4-n in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umfasst wobei X unabhängig voneinander für C1-C8-Alkoxy, C7-C20-Aralkoxy, C6-C14-Aroxy, C7-C20-Alkylaroxy, C1-C20-Acyloxy steht; R unabhängig voneinander für gesättigtes oder ungesättigtes C1-C22-Alkyl, C6-C14-Aryl, C7-C14-Aralkyl, C7-C14- Alkylaryl steht und n ist 2, 3 oder 4 ist. Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Elastomer-Vorstufe aus dem Organooxysilyl-Endgruppen enthaltenden Polymer sowie die nach diesen Verfahren erhältlichen Produkte.
