Abstract:
(EN) Submicron particle formulations and methods of making the formulations are disclosed. The formulations include a plurality of submicron particles comprising (i) 60-99.5 wt% of an amorphous active agent and (ii) a cationic surface-active material, wherein the cationic surface-active material is cationic over at least a portion of a pH range ≤ 5; and a matrix material comprising a reverse enteric polymer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des formulations de particules sous-microniques et des procédés de préparation des formulations. Les formulations comprennent une pluralité de particules sous-microniques comprenant (i) 60 à 99,5 % en poids d'un agent actif amorphe et (ii) un matériau tensioactif cationique, le matériau tensioactif cationique étant cationique sur au moins une partie d'une plage de pH ≤ 5; et un matériau de matrice comprenant un polymère entérique inverse ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
