Abstract:
(EN) A method for measuring the pull-out of the belt band of a seatbelt (12) from a belt band retractor (10) of a vehicle has the following steps: a) the position of the magnet (18) is measured by the control unit (22) by means of the magnetic field sensor (20), b) the control unit (22) detects when the magnet (18) has completed a complete revolution, c) the control unit (22) stores the number of complete revolutions in a memory (26), and d) the control unit (22) determines the pull-out of the belt band on the basis of the number of complete revolutions and the position of the magnet (18). A belt band retractor (10) for a seatbelt (12) is also shown.
(FR) Procédé pour la mesure de l’extraction de sangle d’une ceinture de sécurité (12) d’un rétracteur de sangle (10) d’un véhicule, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) la position de l’aimant (18) est mesurée par l’unité de commande (22) au moyen du capteur de champ magnétique (20), b) l’unité de commande (22) détecte quand l’aimant (18) a terminé un tour complet, c) l’unité de commande (22) enregistre le nombre de tours complets dans une mémoire (26), et d) l’unité de commande (22) détermine l’extraction de la sangle au moyen du nombre de tours complets et de la position de l’aimant (18). L’invention concerne en outre un rétracteur de sangle (10) pour une ceinture de sécurité (12).
(DE) Ein Verfahren zur Messung des Gurtbandauszugs eines Sicherheitsgurts (12) von einem Gurtbandaufroller (10) eines Fahrzeugs weist die folgenden Schritte auf: a) die Stellung des Magneten (18) wird mittels des Magnetfeldsensors (20) durch die Steuereinheit (22) gemessen, b) die Steuereinheit (22) detektiert, wenn der Magnet (18) eine vollständige Umdrehung absolviert hat, c) die Steuereinheit (22) hinterlegt die Anzahl der vollständigen Umdrehungen in einem Speicher (26), und d) die Steuereinheit (22) bestimmt anhand der Anzahl der vollständigen Umdrehungen und der Stellung des Magneten (18) den Gurtbandauszug. Ferner ist ein Gurtbandaufroller (10) für einen Sicherheitsgurt (12) gezeigt.
