Abstract:
(EN) A method for forming at least one three-dimensional article through successive fusion of parts of a powder bed on a support structure, the method comprising the steps of: providing at least one model of the three-dimensional article, lowering the support structure a predetermined distance and rotating the support structure a predetermined angle in a first direction before applying a first powder layer covering the lowered and rotated support structure, rotating the at least one model by the predetermined angle in the first direction before directing the at least one first energy beam from the at least one first energy beam source at selected locations for fusing the first powder layer, the at least one first energy beam source causing the first powder layer on the stationary support structure which is stationary to fuse in the selected locations according to the model to form first portions of the three- dimensional article.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'au moins un article tridimensionnel par la fusion successive de parties d'un lit de poudre sur une structure de support, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : utiliser au moins un modèle de l'article tridimensionnel, abaisser la structure de support jusqu'à une distance prédéfinie et faire tourner la structure de support selon un angle prédéfini dans un premier sens, avant d'appliquer une première couche de poudre recouvrant la structure de support abaissée et tournée, faire tourner ledit modèle selon l'angle prédéfini dans le premier sens avant de diriger l'au moins un premier faisceau d'énergie en provenance de l'au moins une première source de faisceau d'énergie sur des emplacements sélectionnés pour faire fondre la première couche de poudre, ladite première source de faisceau d'énergie amenant la première couche de poudre, sur la structure de support fixe qui est fixe, à fondre dans les emplacements sélectionnés en fonction du modèle pour former des premières parties de l'article tridimensionnel.
