Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a passive component for ascertaining the quality and the state of the insulation system of an electric motor. The passive component is used in particular to create a forecast prior to the failure of the motor, for example a breakdown between two phases. The invention for the first time provides a passive component, such as a test strip, which is used to detect, in a visual manner for example, the loads acting on the insulation system, such as the winding for example, as a result of partial discharges and/or voltage spikes during the operation of an electric machine.
(FR) L’invention concerne un composant passif destiné à déterminer la qualité et l'état du système d'isolation d'un moteur électrique. Cela sert en particulier à établir un pronostic avant la défaillance du moteur, par exemple un claquage entre deux phases. La présente invention permet pour la première fois de fournir un composant passif tel qu'une bande de test permettant, pendant le fonctionnement d'une machine électrique, de détecter, par exemple optiquement, les contraintes agissant par des décharges partielles et/ou des pics de tension sur le système d'isolation, par exemple l'enroulement.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine passive Komponente, um die Qualität und den Zustand des Isolationssystems eines elektrischen Motors festzustellen. Dies dient insbesondere dazu, eine Prognose vor dem Ausfall des Motors, beispielsweise eine Durchschlag zwischen zwei Phasen, zu erstellen. Durch die vorliegende Erfindung wird erstmals eine passive Komponente wie ein Teststreifen zur Verfügung gestellt, durch die während des Betriebs einer elektrischen Maschine die Belastungen, die durch Teilentladungen und/oder Spannungsspitzen auf das Isolationssystem wie beispielsweise die Wicklung wirken, - beispielsweise optisch - erfassbar sind.
