Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a multistep process for the preparation of organic diisocyanates by converting the corresponding diamine precursors, urea and hydroxy compounds into monomeric diurethanes, converting these diurethanes into diurethanes of high boiling hydroxy compounds, and finally cleavage of the latter diurethanes to form the diisocyanates and recover the high boiling hydroxy compounds.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé multi-étapes pour la préparation de diisocyanates organiques qui consiste à convertir des précurseurs de diamine correspondants, de composés d'urée et de composés hydroxy en diuréthanes monomères, convertir ces diuréthanes en diuréthanes de composés hydroxy à point d'ébullition élevé, et enfin procéder au clivage desdits diuréthanes pour former les diisocyanates et récupérer les composés hydroxy à point d'ébullition élevé.
