Abstract:
(EN) In particular for controlling electromechanically actuatable brakes it is necessary to detect the forces acting on the abutment (5) of the brake shoes (2, 3). According to the invention, the abutment (5) is therefore formed from a solid material which deforms under load, wherein measurement devices are provided which detect this deformation. A particular embodiment lies in providing the abutment (5) with two limbs (11, 12), on which the brake shoes (2, 3) are supported. The changing distance between the two brake shoes under load is determined by detecting the distance between extension rods (22, 23) on the limbs (11, 12) by means of a measurement device consisting of magnets (24, 25) and Hall sensors or AMR sensors.
(FR) L’invention concerne un frein à tambour. Il est nécessaire, en particulier pour la commande de freins à actionnement électromagnétique, de détecter les forces agissant sur la butée (5) des mâchoires de frein (2, 3). C’est la raison pour laquelle la butée (5) est formée d’un matériau massif, qui se déforme sous l’effet d’une charge, des dispositifs de mesure détectant cette déformation. Un mode de réalisation particulier consiste en ce que la butée (5) comprend deux branches (11, 12) sur lesquelles les mâchoires de frein (2, 3) sont en appui. L’écart entre les deux mâchoires de frein variant sous l’effet d’une charge est déterminé par une détection de l’écart entre les barres de rallonge (22, 23) sur les branches (11, 12) au moyen d’un dispositif de mesure constitué d’aimants (24, 25) et de capteurs à effet hall ou de capteurs AMR.
(DE) Insbesondere zur Steuerung von elektromechanisch betätigbaren Bremsen ist es notwendig, die auf das Widerlager (5) der Bremsbacken (2, 3) wirkenden Kräfte zu erfassen. Das Widerlager (5) ist daher aus einem massiven Material geformt, das sich unter Last verformt, wobei Messeinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die diese Verformung erfassen. Eine besondere Ausführung besteht darin, dass das Widerlager (5) zwei Schenkel (11, 12) aufweist, an denen die Bremsbacken (2, 3) abgestützt sind. Der sich ändernde Abstand der beiden Bremsbacken unter Last wird ermittelt, indem der Abstand von Verlängerungsstäben (22, 23) an den Schenkeln (11, 12) mittels einer aus Magneten (24, 25) und Hallsensoren oder AMR-Sensoren bestehenden Messeinrichtung erfasst wird.
