Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electronic circuit breaker (2) comprising a first semiconductor switch (Q3) which is switched into a current path (3) between a voltage input (4) and a load output (6) and comprising a controller (10) which is connected to the control input (8) of the first semiconductor switch (Q3). The first semiconductor switch (Q3) is actuated depending on an actual value (Iactual) of the load current (Iload), said actual value being supplied to the controller (10), and the controller (10) is designed to limit the current of the first semiconductor switch (Q3) and disconnect same. The invention additionally relates to a method for operating same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un disjoncteur électronique (2) pourvu d’un interrupteur semi-conducteur (Q3), qui est monté dans un chemin de courant (3) entre une entrée de tension (4) et une sortie de charge (6), et d’un dispositif de commande (10) relié à l’entrée de commande (8) du premier interrupteur semi-conducteur (Q3). Le premier interrupteur semi-conducteur (Q3) est commandé en fonction d’une valeur réelle (Iist) du courant de charge (Iload) amenée au dispositif de commande (10) et le dispositif de commande (10) est conçu pour limiter le courant ainsi que pour couper le premier interrupteur semi-conducteur (Q3). La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de fonctionnement associé.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektronischer Schutzschalter (2), mit einem ersten Halbleiterschalter (Q3), der in einen Strompfad (3) zwischen einem Spannungseingang (4) und einem Lastausgang (6) geschaltet ist, und mit einer mit dem Steuereingang (8) des ersten Halbleiterschalters (Q3) verbundenen Steuervorrichtung (10), wobei der erste Halbleiterschalter (Q3) in Abhängigkeit eines der Steuervorrichtung (10) zugeführten Ist-Wertes (Iist) des Laststroms (Iload) angesteuert ist, und wobei die Steuervorrichtung (10) zur Strombegrenzung sowie zum Abschalten des ersten Halbleiterschalters (Q3) eingerichtet ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zu dessen Betrieb.
