Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a system for automatically collecting bearing waste grease and a system for automatically replacing grease for a bearing thereof, wherein a lubrication space used for placing lubricating grease is provided between an outer ring (1) and an inner ring (2) of a bearing structure of the system for automatically collecting bearing waste grease, one side of the bearing structure is provided with an oil discharge hole (5) in communication with the lubrication space, an automatic suction and discharge device is provided in a communicating manner on the oil discharge hole (5), a suction hole (3) in communication with the lubrication space is provided on one or both sides of the oil discharge hole (5) on the bearing structure, and the bearing structure is provided with an oil inlet (4), the oil discharge hole (5) and the suction hole (3) conducting with the lubrication space. After a suction device evacuates the grease, air enters the suction hole (3), if the suction device does not suck out grease, there is no reduction in grease inside the bearing structure. In addition, since air enters, the pressure inside the bearing structure will not be lower than the external atmospheric pressure, which can prevent the bearing structure from being damaged, and will not only ensure the quantity of grease inside the bearing but also ensure the pressure inside the bearing structure.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système pour collecter automatiquement une graisse usée de palier et un système pour remplacer automatiquement de la graisse pour un palier de celui-ci, dans lesquels systèmes un espace de lubrification utilisé pour disposer une graisse de lubrification est situé entre une bague externe (1) et une bague interne (2) d'une structure de palier du système pour collecter automatiquement une graisse usée de palier, un côté de la structure de palier comporte un trou de décharge d'huile (5) en communication avec l'espace de lubrification, un dispositif d'aspiration et de décharge automatique est disposé de manière à pouvoir communiquer sur le trou de décharge d'huile (5), un trou d'aspiration (3) en communication avec l'espace de lubrification est réalisé sur l'un ou sur les deux côtés du trou d'évacuation d'huile (5) sur la structure de palier, et la structure de palier comporte une entrée d'huile (4), le trou de décharge d'huile (5) et le trou d'aspiration (3) communiquant avec l'espace de lubrification. Après qu'un dispositif d'aspiration a évacué la graisse, de l'air entre dans le trou d'aspiration (3), et, si le dispositif d'aspiration n'aspire pas de graisse vers l'extérieur, il n'y a pas de réduction de graisse à l'intérieur de la structure de palier.
