Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a system for automatically collecting bearing waste grease and a system for automatically replacing grease for a bearing. The system for automatically collecting bearing waste grease of the system for automatically replacing grease for a bearing comprises a bearing structure, wherein a lubrication space used for placing lubricating grease is provided between an outer ring (1) and an inner ring (2) of the bearing structure, the bearing structure is provided with an oil discharge hole (5) conducting with the lubrication space, a suction and discharge device (7) is provided in a communicating manner on the oil discharge hole (5), and the suction and discharge device (7) has an independent power system. Since the suction and discharge device has an independent power system, and has no relation to an injection device, the suction and discharge device can be conveniently started, and the starting frequency of the suction and discharge device can be adjusted and the suction and discharge can be performed according to actual needs in order to ensure that the pressure state inside the bearing structure is reasonable.
