Abstract:
(EN) A winding method applicable to a stator module in a motor having z slots, 2p poles, and m phases. The stator module (100) comprises a stator core (1) and a winding coil (2), and the winding coil (2) is made of a flat wire. The winding method comprises: forwardly winding some stator slots (11) by means of the arrangement and connection of multiple U-shaped conductor sections (20), and then reversely winding said slots; afterwards, forwardly winding the remaining stator slots (11), and then reversely winding said slots; and cycling in this way.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'enroulement applicable à un module de stator dans un moteur ayant z fentes, 2p pôles et m phases. Le module de stator (100) comprend un noyau de stator (1) et une bobine d'enroulement (2), et la bobine d'enroulement (2) est constituée d'un fil plat. Le procédé d'enroulement comprend : l'enroulement vers l'avant de certaines fentes de stator (11) au moyen de l'agencement et de la connexion de multiples sections de conducteur en forme de U (20), puis l'enroulement inverse desdites fentes; ensuite, l'enroulement vers l'avant des fentes de stator (11) restantes, puis l'enroulement inverse desdites fentes; et le cyclage de cette manière.
(ZH) 一种适用于z槽2p极m相的电机中的定子组件的绕线方法,该定子组件(100)包括定子铁芯(1)和绕线线圈(2),绕线线圈(2)由扁线制成,该绕线方法通过多个U形导体段(20)的布置和连接以实现正向绕制部分定子槽(11),再反向绕制,然后再正向绕制另外一部分定子槽(11)后再反向,以此循环。
