Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a stator assembly and a preparation method therefor. A stator winding (2) of a stator assembly (100) comprises a plurality of U-shaped conductor sections (20), wherein a first in-slot portion (202) of each U-shaped conductor section (20) penetrates through one slot layer of one stator slot (11) therein, and a second in-slot portion (203) penetrates through one slot layer of the other stator slot (11) therein. The preparation method comprises: connecting one outgoing line of any phase to a star-point line in a different path of the phase.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble stator et son procédé de préparation. Un enroulement de stator (2) d'un ensemble stator (100) comprend une pluralité de sections de conducteur en forme de U (20), une première partie intérieure de fente (202) de chaque sections de conducteur en forme de U (20) pénétrant dans une couche de fente d'une fente de stator (11), et une seconde partie intérieure de fente (203) pénétrant dans une couche de fente de l'autre fente de stator (11). Le procédé de préparation consiste à connecter une ligne sortante de n'importe quelle phase à une ligne de point d'étoile dans un trajet différent de la phase.
