Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a motor manufacturing method and a motor assembly. The method comprises: manufacturing a first motor assembly, the first motor assembly comprising a tape and a plurality of magnetic yoke assemblies, each magnetic yoke assembly comprising a first magnet and a first yoke iron, the first magnet being fixed to the first yoke iron, and the first yoke iron being connected to the tape; manufacturing a second motor assembly, the second motor assembly comprising a first motor assembly and a plurality of frames, a frame and a magnetic yoke assembly being integrally formed; welding the second magnet to a second yoke iron to form a yoke assembly; welding the yoke assembly to the first yoke iron in the second motor assembly to form a third motor assembly; and assembling a coil on the third motor assembly, and cutting the tape to form multiple motors. According to the method, the embodiments of the present invention are able to achieve the yield of the motor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, selon certains modes de réalisation, un procédé de fabrication de moteurs et un ensemble de moteurs. Le procédé consiste à : fabriquer un premier ensemble de moteurs, le premier ensemble de moteurs comprenant une bande et une pluralité d'ensembles de culasses magnétiques, chaque ensemble de culasses magnétiques comprenant un premier aimant et un premier fer de culasse, le premier aimant étant fixé au premier fer de culasse, et le premier fer de culasse étant relié à la bande ; fabriquer un deuxième ensemble de moteurs, le deuxième ensemble de moteurs comprenant un premier ensemble de moteurs et une pluralité de bâtis, un bâti et un ensemble de culasses magnétiques étant formés d'un seul tenant ; souder le second aimant à un second fer de culasse pour former un ensemble de culasses ; souder l'ensemble de culasses au premier fer de culasse du deuxième ensemble de moteurs pour former un troisième ensemble de moteurs ; et assembler une bobine sur le troisième ensemble de moteurs, et découper la bande pour former de multiples moteurs. Selon le procédé, les modes de réalisation de la présente invention permettent d'atteindre le rendement du moteur.
(ZH) 本发明实施方式公开了一种马达的制造方法及马达组件,所述方法包括:制造第一马达组件,所述第一马达组件包括料带和多个轭磁组件,每一所述轭磁组件包括第一磁铁和第一轭铁,所述第一磁铁固定于所述第一轭铁上,所述第一轭铁连接于所述料带;时制造第二马达组件,所述第二马达组件包括所述第一马达组件和多个骨架,一所述骨架与一所述轭磁组件一体成型;将第二磁铁与第二轭铁焊接,形成轭体组件;将一所述轭体组件与所述第二马达组件中的一所述第一轭铁焊接,形成第三马达组件;在所述第三马达组件上组装线圈,并且将所述料带切割,形成多个马达。通过上述方式,本发明实施方式能够实现马达的良率。
