Abstract:
(EN) A core-shell type catalyst. The core of the core-shell type catalyst is a HZSM-5 molecular sieve, a modified HZSM-5 molecular whose parts or all of Hs in the HZSM-5 molecular are replaced by metal (non-metal) elements defined in the specification, or a mixture thereof. The shell is selected from a carbon film, Silicalite-l, MCM-41, SBA-15, KIT-6, MSU series, silicon dioxide, graphene, a carbon nanotube, a metal-organic framework (MOF), graphite, activated carbon, and a metal oxide film. When a composite catalyst consisting of the catalyst and a methanol catalyst for syngas conversion is used for converting syngas in a one-step method, the selectivity of the p-xylene is high and the conversion rate of the syngas is high, and the selectivity of xylene in the p-xylene is also high.
(FR) L'invention concerne un catalyseur de type noyau-enveloppe. Le noyau du catalyseur de type noyau-enveloppe est un tamis moléculaire HZSM-5, un tamis moléculaire HZSM-5 modifié dont les parties ou la totalité des Hs dans la molécule HZSM-5 sont remplacées par des éléments métalliques (non métalliques) définis dans la description, ou un mélange de ceux-ci. L'enveloppe est choisie parmi un film de carbone, Silicalite-l, MCM-41, SBA-15, KIT-6, série MSU, du dioxyde de silicium, du graphène, un nanotube de carbone, une structure organométallique (MOF), du graphite, du charbon actif et un film d'oxyde métallique. Lorsqu'un catalyseur composite constitué du catalyseur et d'un catalyseur au méthanol pour conversion de gaz de synthèse est utilisé pour convertir le gaz de synthèse dans un procédé en une étape, la sélectivité du p-xylène est élevée et le taux de conversion du gaz de synthèse est élevé, et la sélectivité du xylène dans le p-xylène est également élevée.
