Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a thin-film solar module with a substrate and a layer structure applied thereon that comprises a rear electrode layer, a front electrode layer, and an absorber layer arranged between the back electrode layer and the front electrode layer, wherein serially connected solar cells are formed in the layer region by patterning zones, which have in each case a rear electrode layer section, wherein the layer region has at least one linear decoating region, by which the serially connected solar cells are subdivided into two solar cell strings, wherein the decoating region has an alternating sequence of optically transparent zones and electrode zones, wherein the optically transparent zones are in each case rear-electrode-layer-free and the electrode zones are in each case absorber-layer-free and have a rear electrode layer section, wherein the rear-electrode-layer-sections of at least one pair made up of one solar cell of one solar cell string and one solar cell of the other solar cell string are areally connected to one another by the rear-electrode-layer-section of at least one electrode zone.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module solaire à couches minces comprenant un substrat et une structure de couche appliquée sur ledit substrat. La structure de couche comprend une couche d'électrode arrière, une couche d'électrode avant et une couche absorbante disposée entre la couche d'électrode arrière et la couche d'électrode avant. Des photopiles montées en série sont formées dans la région de couche par formation de motifs de zones, chaque zone présentant une section de couche d'électrode arrière. La région de couche présente au moins une région linéaire d'enlèvement de couche, par laquelle les photopiles montées en série sont subdivisées en deux chaînes de photopiles, la région d'enlèvement de couche présentant une séquence alternée de zones optiquement transparentes et de zones d'électrode. Les zones optiquement transparentes ne comportent pas de couche d'électrode arrière et les zones d'électrode ne comportent pas de couche absorbante mais possèdent une section de couche d'électrode arrière. Les sections de couche d'électrode arrière d'au moins une paire constituée d'une photopile d'une chaîne de photopiles et d'une photopile de l'autre chaîne de photopiles sont connectées par région les unes aux autres au moyen de la section de couche d'électrode arrière d'au moins une zone d'électrode.
