Abstract:
(EN) A display device (900), a manufacturing method therefor, and a grounding device thereof. The display device (900) comprises a display panel (130), a framework (110), metal frames (103), a printed circuit board (150), a conductive film (160), and a protective layer (170). The framework (110) is formed by an insulation material, and the display panel (130) is disposed on the framework (110). The metal frames (103) package the framework (110) therein and form a hollow region for accommodating the display panel (130). The printed circuit board (150) is disposed below the framework (110), is not in contact with metal side frames (101), and is electrically connected to the display panel (130) by means of a flexible flat cable (151). The conductive film (160) is attached to and electrically connected to a grounding end (153) of the printed circuit board (150) and the metal frames (103). The protective layer (170) is formed by an insulation material. In addition, the surface of a surface insulation cable (1511) is covered with the protective layer (170), and is not connected to the protective layer (170) covering the printed circuit board (150). A tail end of a flexible flat cable (151) is provided with an insulation connecting portion (155), and the insulation connecting portion (155) is provided with an insulation housing and a port structure. The printed circuit board (150) is also provided with a port connecting member corresponding to the port structure, and by plugging the port connecting member into the port structure, the printed circuit board (150) is electrically connected to the surface insulation cable (1511).
