Abstract:
(EN) An in-situ rapid detection method for a biological process of cells. After deuterium-containing matters are absorbed, converted, metabolized or stored based on active cells, in-situ marking for deuterium in cells can be implemented in different stages of the biological process of the cells; the cells are detected by means of a Raman spectrum, and whether deuterium exists in the cells is identified, so as to obtain information related to the biochemical process of the cells and characters or functions of the cells is obtained. The method can be used for biological and medical fields such as bacterial infection drug susceptibility testing, environmental microbial metabolism and human body cell detection. Compared with the prior art, the method has the potential of detecting the activity and metabolism of cells for most important biomolecules, and allows more complex deuterated matters to be used in research, comprising natural products, drugs and deuterated mixtures containing multiple chemical matters.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de détection rapide in situ pour un processus biologique de cellules. Après que des matières contenant du deutérium sont absorbées, converties, métabolisées ou accumulées sur la base de cellules actives, le marquage in situ pour le deutérium dans des cellules peut être mis en œuvre dans différents stades du processus biologique des cellules ; les cellules sont détectées au moyen d’un spectre de Raman, et l’existence ou l’absence de deutérium dans les cellules est identifiée, afin d’obtenir des informations portant sur le processus biologique des cellules et des caractères ou fonctions des cellules sont obtenus. Le procédé peut être utilisé pour des domaines biologiques et médicaux de type analyse de susceptibilité à un médicament d’une infection bactérienne, détection de métabolisme microbien environnemental et de cellules du corps humain. Comparé à l’état de la technique, le procédé a le potentiel de détecter l’activité et le métabolisme de cellules pour les biomolécules les plus importantes, et permet que des matières deutérées plus complexes soient utilisées dans la recherche, y compris des produits naturels, des médicaments et des mélanges deutérés contenant plusieurs matières chimiques.
(ZH) 一种原位快速检测细胞生物过程的方法,基于活性细胞对含氘物质吸收、转化、代谢或存储后,会在细胞生物学过程的不同阶段中,在细胞中实现氘的原位标记,通过拉曼光谱对细胞进行检测,识别细胞中是否有氘的存在,进而得到关于细胞的生物化学过程、细胞性状或功能相关信息。该方法可用于细菌感染的药物敏感性测试、环境微生物代谢、人体细胞检测等生物学和医学领域。与现有技术相比,该方法具有探测细胞对于大多数重要生物分子的活性和代谢的潜力,且其允许研究使用更复杂的氘代物质,包括天然产物,药物和含有多种化学物质的氘化混合物。
