Abstract:
(EN) A boron-containing organic compound and an application thereof in an organic electroluminescent device. The compound has a benzo six-membered ring as a core in which a boron element is located on a central six-membered ring. The compound is not prone to intermolecular crystallization and aggregation, and has excellent film forming properties. The use of the compound as material for a light-emitting layer of organic electroluminescent devices greatly improves current efficiency, power efficiency, and external quantum efficiency of the devices. The service life of the devices is also significantly improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composé organique contenant du bore et son application dans un dispositif électroluminescent organique. Le composé possède un cycle benzo à six chaînons en tant que noyau dans lequel un élément de bore est situé sur un anneau central à six chaînons. Le composé n'a pas tendance à une cristallisation et une agrégation intermoléculaires, et présente d'excellentes propriétés de formation de film. L'utilisation du composé comme matériau pour une couche électroluminescente de dispositifs électroluminescents organiques améliore de manière considérable le rendement de courant, l'efficacité énergétique et le rendement quantique externe des dispositifs. La durée de vie des dispositifs est également améliorée de manière significative.
(ZH) 一种含硼有机化合物及其在有机电致发光器件上的应用,该化合物以苯并六元环为核心,硼元素位于中央的六元环上;该化合物具有分子间不易结晶、不易聚集、具有良好成膜性的特点。该化合物作为有机电致发光器件的发光层材料使用时,器件的电流效率,功率效率和外量子效率均得到很大改善;同时,对于器件寿命提升非常明显。
