Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the field of materialogy, and provides a non-migrating high-efficiency antibacterial composite material and a manufacturing method therefor. The non-migrating high-efficiency antibacterial composite material consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of polylactic acid A, 0.1-5 parts of nano-zinc oxide grafted polylactic acid B, 0.5-5 parts of chain extender, 0.2-2 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-2 parts of anti-hydrolysis agent, and 0-5 parts of nucleating agent (the polylactic acid A and the polylactic acid B are optical isomers). The non-migrating high-efficiency antibacterial composite material of the present invention has excellent antibacterial performance, is non-migrating antibacterial, is an environment-friendly antibacterial composite material, and can be used for manufacturing an antibacterial fiber and fabric, a plastic packaging material, an interior trim part of an automobile, or a medical consumable.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine de la science des matériaux et porte sur un matériau composite antibactérien non migrant à haute efficacité, et sur un procédé de fabrication associé. Le matériau composite antibactérien non migrant à haute efficacité consiste en les matières premières suivantes, en parties en poids : 80 à 120 parties de poly(acide lactique) A, 0,1 à 5 parties de poly(acide lactique) B avec greffage par du nano-oxyde de zinc, 0,5 à 5 parties d'un extendeur de chaîne, 0,2 à 2 parties d'un antioxydant, 0,1 à 2 parties d'un agent anti-hydrolyse et 0 à 5 parties d'un agent de nucléation (le poly(acide lactique) A et le poly(acide lactique) B sont des isomères optiques). Le matériau composite antibactérien non migrant à haute efficacité de la présente invention présente d'excellentes performances antibactériennes, est un antibactérien non migrant, est un matériau composite antibactérien respectueux de l'environnement, et peut être utilisé pour fabriquer une fibre et un tissu antibactériens, un matériau d'emballage plastique, une pièce pour habillage intérieur d'une automobile, ou un produit consommable à usage médical.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种非迁移型高效抗菌复合材料及其制备方法,属于材料学领域。该非迁移型高效抗菌复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸A 80~120份,纳米氧化锌接枝聚乳酸B 0.1~5份,扩链剂0.5~5份,抗氧剂0.2~2份,抗水解剂0.1~2份,成核剂0~5份(聚乳酸A与聚乳酸B为旋光异构体)。本发明的非迁移型高效抗菌复合材料具有优异的抗菌性能,并且是非迁移型抗菌,是一种环境友好型抗菌复合材料,可用于制备抗菌性纤维及织物、塑料包装材料、汽车内饰件或医用耗材。
