Abstract:
(EN) A method for synthesizing biodegradable poly(succinic acid-co-butylene terephthalate) (PBST50-50) catalyzed by organic guanidine; the method uses a non-toxic biomass organic guanidine compound as a main catalyst and uses a non-toxic acid salt of zinc as a co-catalyst to form a bi-component high activity catalytic system, and uses succinic acid (SA), terephthalic acid (TA), and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as monomers; the biodegradable PBST50-50 is synthesized first by means of direct melt polycondensation, and then by means of solid phase polycondensation. The PBST50-50 synthesized by employing the method has an average molecular weight Mw that may reach 1.0×105-1.2×105, and a melting point of Tm≥170°C, the product color being white.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse de poly(acide succinique-co-butylène téréphtalate) biodégradable (PBST50-50) catalysé par guanidine organique; le procédé utilise un composé de guanidine organique de biomasse non toxique en tant que catalyseur principal et utilise un sel d'acide non toxique de zinc en tant que co-catalyseur pour former un système catalytique hautement actif bi-composant, et utilise de l'acide succinique (SA), de l'acide téréphtalique (TA) et du 1,4-butanediol (BDO) comme monomères; le PBST 50-50 biodégradable est synthétisé tout d'abord par polycondensation à l'état fondu directe, puis par polycondensation en phase solide. Le PBST50-50 synthétisé en employant le procédé présente un poids moléculaire moyen Mw qui peut atteindre 1,0 × 105 - 1,2 × 105, et un point de fusion de Tm ≥ 170 °C, le produit étant de couleur blanche.
(ZH) 一种有机胍催化合成生物降解性聚(丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)(PBST50-50)的方法,该方法以无毒生物质有机胍化合物为主催化剂、锌的无毒酸盐为助催化剂组成的双组份高活性催化体系,以丁二酸(SA)、对苯二甲酸(TA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为单体,首先通过直接熔融缩聚,再通过固相缩聚合成生物降解性PBST50-50。采用该方法所合成的PBST50-50,其重均分子量Mw可达1.0×105-1.2×105,熔点Tm≥170℃,产品色泽雪白。
