Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an automatic tool bit alignment nozzle device and an automatic tool bit alignment method. The device comprises an automatic tool bit alignment nozzle (20) and a PLC (30), wherein the automatic tool bit alignment nozzle (20) comprises a first driving mechanism (21), a laser sensor (24) and a spray pipe (23); the laser sensor (24) and the spray pipe (23) are connected to the first driving mechanism (21); the PLC (30) is in electrical signal connection with the first driving mechanism (21) and the laser sensor (24); the first driving mechanism (21) is used for driving the laser sensor (24) and the spray pipe (23) to move up and down; and the laser sensor (24) is used for sensing the position of a tool bit of a cutting tool.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de buse d'alignement d'outil rapporté automatique et un procédé d'alignement d'outil rapporté automatique.
