Abstract:
(EN) A flue gas desulfurization and denitration agent, a preparation method therefor and applications thereof. The flue gas desulfurization and denitration agent comprises the following components: 70 to 93 parts carbide slag, 5 to 25 parts magnesium oxide, and 1 to 5 parts of a catalyst by weight, the catalyst is one or more selected from TiO2, Al(OH)3, V2O5,WO3, K2O, binuclear ferrocobalt phthalocyanine (II) or CaSiO3, and the flue gas desulfurization and denitration agent not containing calcium oxide. The flue gas desulfurization and denitration agent can remove SO2 and NOX from flue gas simultaneously. By means of the flue gas desulfurization and denitration agent, under the premise of satisfying high desulfurization and denitration efficiency, the carbide slag dosage needed by unit removal can be significantly reduced
(FR) L'invention concerne un agent de désulfuration et de dénitration de gaz de combustion, son procédé de préparation et ses applications. L'agent de désulfuration et de dénitration de gaz de combustion comprend les composants suivants : 70 à 93 parties de scories de carbure, 5 à 25 parties d'oxyde de magnésium, et 1 à 5 parties d'un catalyseur en poids, le catalyseur étant constitué d'un ou plusieurs éléments choisis parmi TiO2, Al(OH)3, V2O5,WO3, K2O, phtalocyanine de ferrocobalt binucléaire (II) ou CaSiO3, et l'agent de désulfuration et de dénitration de gaz de combustion ne contenant pas d'oxyde de calcium. L'agent de désulfuration et de dénitration de gaz de combustion peut éliminer le SO2 et les NOX du gaz de combustion simultanément. Au moyen de l'agent de désulfuration et de dénitration de gaz de combustion, dans le principe de satisfaire une haute efficacité de désulfuration et de dénitration, le dosage de scories de carbure nécessaire par l'élimination unitaire peut être significativement réduit
