Abstract:
(EN) A ozonation-based method for manufacturing a cementitious material comprises: (1) mixing a flue gas with a ozone-containing gas to form a mixed flue gas, guiding the mixed flue gas into an absorption tower, and allowing the mixed flue gas to experience a reaction with a powdered desulfurization and denitration agent to complete dry desulfurization and denitration of the flue gas, so as to obtain a treated flue gas; (2) carrying out dust removal treatment of the treated flue gas, so as to obtain side products, the side products comprising a first side product and a second side product; and (3) mixing raw materials comprising the first side product, magnesium oxide, fly ash and an additive to be even, so as to obtain a cementitious material, the cementitious material comprising the following components in 100 parts by weight: 20 to 60 parts of first side product, 16 to 33 parts of magnesium oxide, 15 to 35 parts of fly ash and 1 to 15 parts of additive. By means of the method, waste gas and industrial solid wastes are synergically treated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé basé sur l’ozonation pour la fabrication d’un matériau cimentaire comprenant les étapes consistant : (1) à mélanger un gaz de combustion avec un gaz contenant de l’ozone pour former un gaz de combustion mixte, à guider le gaz de combustion mixte dans une tour d’absorption, et à laisser le gaz de combustion mixte subir une réaction avec un agent de désulfurisation et de dénitration en poudre pour achever la désulfurisation et la dénitration à sec du gaz de combustion, afin d’obtenir un gaz de combustion traité ; (2) à exécuter un traitement d’élimination de poussière du gaz de combustion traité, afin d’obtenir des produits secondaires, les produits secondaires comprenant un premier produit secondaire et un second produit secondaire ; et (3) à mélanger des matières premières comprenant le premier produit secondaire, de l’oxyde de magnésium, des cendres volantes et un additif pour rendre le mélange uniforme, afin d’obtenir un matériau cimentaire, le matériau cimentaire comprenant les constituants suivants dans 100 parties en poids : de 20 à 60 parties d’un premier produit secondaire, de 16 à 33 parties d’oxyde de magnésium, de 15 à 35 parties de cendres volantes et de 1 à 15 parties d’additif. À l’aide de ce procédé, du gaz résiduaire et des déchets solides industriels sont traités de manière synergique.
(ZH) 一种基于臭氧氧化的胶凝材料的制造方法,包括:(1)将烟气与含臭氧的气体混合,从而形成混合烟气;混合烟气进入吸收塔,然后与粉状的脱硫脱硝剂反应完成烟气的干法脱硫脱硝,从而形成处理后烟气;(2)将所述处理后烟气进行除尘处理,得到副产品;副产品包括第一副产品和第二副产品;(3)将包括第一副产品、氧化镁、粉煤灰和添加剂的原料混合均匀,得到胶凝材料;以胶凝材料为100重量份计,第一副产品为20~60重量份、氧化镁为16~33重量份、粉煤灰为15~35重量份、且添加剂为1~15重量份。该方法实现了废气和工业固废协同治理。
