Abstract:
(EN) A shell, an electronic device, and a shell manufacturing method. The shell manufacturing method comprises: provide a first shell base (10), which comprises a first surface (11) and a second surface (12) provided opposite each other; provide a forging and pressing mold (30), which comprises a first forging mold (31) and a second forging mold (32) performing pressing with respect to the first forging mold (31); the first forging mold (31) and the second forging mold (32) respectively press against the first surface (11) and the second surface (12); obtain a second shell base (40), which comprises a first curved surface (41), a second curved surface (42) provided opposite the first curved surface (41), and a flash edge (42) located between the first curved surface (41) and the second curved surface (42); and remove the flash edge (43). According to the manufacturing method, the processing time is shortened and the production costs for shells are reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne une coque, un dispositif électronique et un procédé de fabrication de coque. Le procédé de fabrication de coque consiste : à prendre une première base de coque (10) qui comprend une première surface (11) et une seconde surface (12) disposées en regard l'une de l'autre ; à prendre un moule de forgeage et de pressage (30) qui comprend un premier moule de forgeage (31) et un second moule de forgeage (32) réalisant un pressage par rapport au premier moule de forgeage (31), le premier moule de forgeage (31) et le second moule de forgeage (32) exerçant respectivement une pression sur la première surface (11) et sur la seconde surface (12) ; à obtenir une seconde base de coque (40), qui comprend une première surface incurvée (41), une seconde surface incurvée (42) disposée en regard de la première surface incurvée (41), et un bord de bavure (42) situé entre la première surface incurvée (41) et la seconde surface incurvée (42) ; et à retirer le bord de bavure (43). Selon le procédé de fabrication, le temps de traitement est raccourci et les coûts de production des coques sont réduits.
