Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate comprises a first electrode (1), a second electrode (2) and an insulation layer (4) positioned between the first electrode (1) and the second electrode (2). The second electrode (2) comprises multiple electrode units (22). The electrode unit (22) comprises an electrode strip (21) and an insulated passivation wall (3) held within the electrode strip (21). The array substrate has a higher transmittance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat de réseau et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci, et un dispositif d’affichage. Le substrat de réseau comprend une première électrode (1), une seconde électrode (2) et une couche d'isolation (4) positionnée entre la première électrode (1) et la seconde électrode (2). La seconde électrode (2) comprend de multiples unités d'électrode (22). L'unité d'électrode (22) comprend une bande d'électrode (21) et une paroi de passivation isolée (3) maintenue à l'intérieur de la bande d'électrode (21). Le substrat de réseau a une transmittance supérieure.
(ZH) 一种阵列基板及其制备方法、显示装置,该阵列基板包括第一电极(1)、第二电极(2)以及位于第一电极(1)和第二电极(2)之间的绝缘层(4),第二电极(2)包括多个电极组(22),电极组(22)包括电极条(21)与夹设于所述电极条(21)之间的绝缘的钝化墙(3)。该阵列基板具有较高的透过率。
