Abstract:
(EN) A salesman profile formation method, comprising the following steps: S01, acquiring information data concerning a salesman, the information data comprising attribute data and service data; S02, forming an profile tag of the salesman, processing the attribute data and the service data of the salesman to form an attribute tag and a service tag of the salesman; S03, constructing a salesman profile model according to the profile tag, modeling the formed salesman profile tag to form a salesman profile; and S04, storing the salesman profile, outputting the formed salesman profile to an profile storage module, and configuring a unique identification identifier for the profile. The profile forming method can be used to obtain intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the salesman, and is convenient for an agent to answer a consulting question raised by the salesman and propose more effective suggestions to the salesman, thereby improving the business value and business ability of the salesman.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation de profil de vendeur, comprenant les étapes suivantes : S01, acquérir des données d'informations concernant un vendeur, les données d'informations comprenant des données d'attribut et des données de service ; S02, former une étiquette de profil du vendeur, le traitement des données d'attribut et des données de service du vendeur afin de former une étiquette d'attribut et une étiquette de service du vendeur ; S03, construire un modèle de profil de vendeur conformément à l'étiquette de profil, modéliser l'étiquette de profil de vendeur formée afin de former un profil de vendeur ; et S04, stocker le profil de vendeur, émettre le profil de vendeur formé sur un module de stockage de profil, et configurer un identifiant d'identification unique pour le profil.
