Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a soil conditioner, comprising: swelling alginates in distilled water to obtain alginate gel; adding chitosan to prepare an alginate/chitosan composite material; reacting with N-isopropylacrylamide, and dissolving the obtained reaction product in water to obtain an aqueous phase; dissolving a soil conditioning material in a solvent to obtain an oil phase; mixing the oil phase with the aqueous phase, and performing stirring reaction and centrifugal separation to prepare the product. Compared with the prior art, the present invention implements conditioning and intelligent controlled release of soil by means of molecular structure design and composition control.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un conditionneur de sol, comprenant : le gonflement d'alginates dans de l'eau distillée pour obtenir un gel d'alginate ; l'ajout de chitosane pour préparer un matériau composite d'alginate/chitosane ; la réaction avec du N-isopropylacrylamide et la dissolution du produit de réaction obtenu dans de l'eau pour obtenir une phase aqueuse ; la dissolution d'un matériau de conditionnement de sol dans un solvant pour obtenir une phase huileuse ; le mélange de la phase huileuse avec la phase aqueuse et la réalisation d'une réaction d'agitation et d'une séparation centrifuge pour préparer le produit. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, la présente invention met en œuvre un conditionnement et une libération contrôlée intelligente de sol au moyen d'une conception de structure moléculaire et d'une commande de composition.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种土壤调理剂的制备方法,将海藻酸盐在蒸馏水中润胀得到海藻酸盐凝胶,加入壳聚糖制备得到海藻酸盐/壳聚糖复合材料,再与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺反应,并溶于水得到水相,土壤调理材料溶于溶剂中,获得油相,将油相与水相混合再进过搅拌反应及离心分离,制备得到产品。与现有技术相比,本发明通过分子层面的结构设计和组成调控,实现土壤调理智能控释。
