Abstract:
(EN) A scratch-resistant high-contrast glass and a ceramic laser marking method, the method comprising: performing, by using a focal laser (1), scanning on the surface of a material (2) to be treated; and marking the surface of a part to be marked of the material to be treated into a white powdery structure (3), white powder being attached to the surface of the material to be treated, wherein incident light is strongly scattered by the white powdery structure so as to form high contrast in vision. In addition, a marking pattern can be separated into geometric shapes having a size of only tens of microns, the problem of poor scratch resistance is resolved, and the scratch resistance of the marking pattern is improved.
(FR) Verre à fort contraste résistant aux rayures et procédé de marquage de céramique par laser, le procédé comportant les étapes consistant à: effectuer, en utilisant un laser focal (1), un balayage sur la surface d'un matériau (2) à traiter; et marquer la surface d'une partie à marquer du matériau à traiter pour lui conférer une structure pulvérulente blanche (3), une poudre blanche étant fixée à la surface du matériau à traiter, la lumière incidente étant fortement dispersée par la structure pulvérulente blanche de façon à former un fort contraste de vision. De plus, un motif de marquage peut être séparé en formes géométriques présentant une taille se chiffrant seulement en dizaines de microns, le problème d'une mauvaise résistance aux rayures est résolu, et la résistance aux rayures du motif de marquage est améliorée.
(ZH) 一种抗刮高对比度的玻璃及陶瓷的激光打标方法,包括:用聚焦激光(1)在待处理材料(2)表面扫描;将待处理材料的待打标部分的表面打标成白色粉末状结构(3),白色粉末沾附在待处理材料表面;其中该白色粉末状结构对入射光造成强烈散射而在视觉上产生高对比度。此外,可将打标图样解离成仅数十微米大小的几何形状,解决了图样不耐刮的问题,提高了打标图样的抗刮性能。
